The NEPA Rainbow Line is a joint partnership between the Rainbow Alliance and Help Line designed to assist those searching for LGBT resources find answers to their questions via telephone call in to 570-972-2523.  Resources and information are also available on on traditional and mobile web.


NEPA Rainbow Alliance  Book Club meets monthly and reads and discusses books with LGBT themes or by LGBT authors. To learn about upcoming books and meetings, or to make suggestions, join our Facebook group or email

LGBT Center "TransNEPA" Discussion Group meets monthly with topics of discussion around transgender issues from mental and emotional health to physical health and peer support. The group is facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Parents of Transchildren Support Group meets monthly to  talk about family and social issues with a transitioning child under 18. Email for more information. 


Community Partnerships 

HIV & STI Testing is available through our partner, Caring Communities, an independent service organization.

Equality PA is Pennsylvania's statewide organization working for equal rights for LGBT individuals and families. The Northeastern PA Chapter meets at the LGBT Center.

The NEPA Chapter of Parents, Family & Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) is currently seeking volunteer leadership to re-energize itself in NEPA.




NEPA Rainbow Alliance Annual Gala will be held in October 2016
