Kinky Boots Hiking Trip

Come join the Kinky Boots Hiking Trip for this week's trip at the Austin T. Blakeslee Natural Area.

About the hike

Austin T. Blakeslee Natural Area is a 30-acre park on former amusement park grounds, whose trails were open to the public in 2008. We shall make a 3-mile circuit of the natural area, following Tobyhanna Creek, which rushes into a falls with rocky outcroppings, then veer upland into a fern covered forest understory, and finally through a pine forest that gives out onto a former river bed.
