Kinky Boots Hiking Group

The Kinky Boots Hiking Group shall explore two miles on the Trolley Trail walking into Dalton this weekend. The trail opened two years ago on the pathway of the Northern Electric Street Railway that operated between 1908-1932 connecting Scranton with its surrounding suburban and rural communities in Montrose and Lake Winola. There are still remnants of stone cattle chutes for grazing cows to pass beneath the trolley tracks. Before they were constructed the cows would routinely block the trolley’s process down the line.

We shall meet in the trail parking lot at Ackerly and Waterford streets in Glenburn.

If you need a ride, please contact us and we will try to arrange one for you.
