The Rainbow Alliance is the gay and lesbian community networking and development organization for the Greater Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton and Poconos Regions of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
The NEPA Rainbow Fund is a qualified 501(c)3 public charitable organization. Gifts to the NEPA Rainbow Fund are fully tax-deductible for income tax purposes.
