Non-discrimination bill introduced w/NEPA Co-Sponsors

I have some great news.   I learned this week that Representative Eddie Day Pashinski has joined Northeastern Pennsylvania legislators Reps. Mundy, Eachus, Carroll, Wansacz, and Senator Bob Mellow as a co-sponsor Pennsylvania HB 1400.   This brings the total number of co-sponsors to a record 74 – the highest ever for pro-LGBT legislation.

This legislation (House Bill 1400 and Senate Bill 761) if successful, will add protections based on actual (and perceived) sexual orientation and gender identity/expression in the areas of employment, housing, and access to public accommodations.
