2007 marks The Luzerne Foundation’s thirteenth year of serving Luzerne County. Since its inception, The Foundation has awarded more than 3.8 million dollars in grants to our community making it a better place for us live. This year’s theme entitled, “A Common Thread, creating a tight knit community” focuses on seven key areas of need that are interwoven like a fine linen to create a strong and healthy community fabric.
